When production equipment, process lines, or facility steel are too large, too heavy, or too critical to pull out for a shop visit, Star State Welding brings the welding to you. We work inside plants, fabrication shops, warehouses, and commercial facilities throughout Greater Dallas and East Texas through Tyler.
On-site welding for plants, shops, and facilities.
We work mostly with plant maintenance teams, facility managers, and contractors, and we can also take on other on-site repairs when the schedule allows. Send a few clear photos and let us know the material, approximate dimensions, and access to the repair. We will help determine whether on-site work is practical or shop fabrication is the better option.

Do I have to bring the item to a shop?
Many jobs can be handled on site. For components needing extensive preparation or fabrication, we will discuss shop work before you schedule.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes. Tell us your available work windows, shutdown dates, and hot-work procedures, and we will plan the visit around them.
Do you take smaller plant repair jobs?
Yes. A cracked bracket or one broken mount is worth a call. Tell us what needs repair and where it is. We will discuss the scope and travel so you can decide whether the visit makes sense.
