Industrial Pipe Welding – Liquid Nitrogen & Heat Exchanger Piping Systems

Star State Welding provided professional industrial pipe welding services for a project involving both liquid nitrogen piping and heat exchanger system piping. This scope required precision welding and high-quality workmanship to ensure long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.

All piping was completed using TIG welded root passes to achieve full penetration and clean internal welds, followed by 7018 stick welding for the fill and cap. This process ensures strong, reliable welds suitable for high-pressure piping systems, process piping, and critical industrial applications.

The project included detailed fit-up, alignment, and welding of piping connected to a heat exchanger system, as well as piping used for liquid nitrogen transfer. Our team maintained consistent weld quality and structural integrity throughout, meeting the standards required for industrial piping, mechanical systems, and specialty gas lines.
