At Star State Welding, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. All work is performed to meet or exceed recognized industry standards.

Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage is determined on a project-by-project basis and will be clearly outlined in the project proposal, contract, or invoice. Warranty periods and conditions may vary depending on the scope of work, materials used, and operating conditions.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a defect is determined to be the result of workmanship that does not meet industry standards, Star State Welding will assess the issue and, at our discretion, repair or correct the work within the agreed warranty terms.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Alterations or repairs performed by others

  • Environmental factors or conditions beyond our control (including corrosion, impact damage, or structural movement not related to our work)

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of fabrication and welding services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or materials have been purchased. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns and will work with our clients to reach a fair and reasonable solution.
