Industrial Ductwork Fabrication & Repair – Galvanized & Stainless Steel Systems

Star State Welding provides complete industrial ductwork fabrication, installation, and repair services for a wide range of applications. These projects include multiple ductwork systems across different facilities, showcasing our ability to work with both galvanized steel ductwork and stainless steel duct systems for industrial environments.

A significant portion of this work involved RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) ductwork, where systems are exposed to corrosive gases and high temperatures. Due to these harsh conditions, ductwork can deteriorate quickly over time. Our team is experienced in identifying damaged sections and providing solutions ranging from targeted repairs to full system replacements, depending on the client’s needs and operational requirements.

In addition to RTO systems, this project also includes repairs to a plasma cutting fume extraction system, where existing ductwork had been compromised. We fabricated and installed new duct sections, replaced damaged areas, and ensured proper system performance by testing for air leaks and verifying airflow integrity.

All ductwork was fabricated and installed with a focus on durability, proper fit-up, and long-term performance in demanding industrial conditions.
