Steel Condominium Structure – Multi-Unit Build

Star State Welding was contracted to fabricate and erect the structural steel framework for a three story multi-unit condominium development. This project consisted of a single steel structure designed to accommodate five individual condominium units.

Our scope included the layout, fabrication, and installation of all primary structural components, ensuring precise alignment and structural integrity across the entire building. The frame was engineered to support multi-level occupancy, requiring careful coordination, accurate fit-up, and high-quality welds throughout.
